Many Pakistani freelancers revealed that they are receiving notifications from Fiverr that their profiles have been made “unavailable” to clients. Seemingly designed to prevent a user’s profile from receiving negative ratings due to inactivity caused by possible internet disruptions.
Furthermore, many Fiverr users confess that they didn’t receive such notifications from the platform. Maybe this is limited to some cities because of the internet situation currently there.
So, these statements by users clear that Fiverr will not take action against the user ratings, and it is not permanently unavailable.
After a lot of Complaints made by users of Fiverr’s community platform, One of the platform employees posted a message on Tuesday.

“We understand that there may be internet disruptions”.
“To make sure any unexpected order delays won’t hurt your seller ratings, we set Pakistani sellers into out-of-office mode,” Lena added.
“We’ll also make sure that any currently open orders that are unfulfilled won’t affect your ratings. Your account is fully operational and will continue to be,” the Fiverr staffer stated, clarifying that users themselves could revert their status to available.
However, Pakistani freelancers and normal users are also complaining about WhatsApp, saying that the internet is slow and not working well. They say it’s hard to download things like pictures and videos on WhatsApp. This is bad for businesses and students who need the internet to work.
