Former Prime Minster and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, Imran Khan, has given a warning to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) investigators, and NAB Chairman during the listening Toshakhana case, Imran Khan said once I am out, I will take legal actions against you.
This court hearing was held at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, regarding a new reference of the Toshakana Case, Imran Khan warned the NAB chairman and the investigation officer Mohsin Haroon, according to the reports.
“Because of the cases you’ve made, my wife is in jail. Once I’m out, I won’t spare you or the NAB chairman,” Imran told Mohsin Haroon, adding that he would take them both to court as soon as he is freed.

Previously, NAB had challenged the decision to grant bail to former prime minister Imran Khan in the £190 million reference case.
The appeal was presented in the Supreme Court the NAB Chairman, asserting that the Islamabad High Court’s decision to give bail ignored key facts. The Islamabad High Court decided to grant Imran Khan bail on 15th May, by setting a bond of PKR 1 million.
NAB claimed that Islamabad High Court decision was lawfully defective and again requested the Supreme Court to reject it.
Different Leaders were on the spot as the PTI leader Imran Khan commented on this, that created a tense environment during the ongoing listening.
This latest confrontation comes as Imran continues to face multiple legal challenges, with his imprisonment and that of his wife, Bushra Bibi, becoming a focal point of his public statements.
Imran Khan has repeatedly criticized the NAB Chairman, alleging that the cases against him and his family are politically motivated.
His threat to pursue legal action against NAB officials highlights the deepening divide between the former prime minister and state institutions.
