Famous Pakistani Actor Tauqeer Nasir recently revealed that he once rejected the work of the popular actress of Pakistan drama and movie Industry Saba Qamar. Tauqeer Nasir shared this statement on a TV show, where he was talking about his career and experience he have in the industry.
He also claimed that Saba Qamar is one of the best Actresses currently in Pakistan but he also admitted that her past was not that impressive and because of that he rejected her in the auditions. Tauqeer also shared that he was a producer and was organizing auditions for the drama and Saba Qamar was one of the candidates.

During her audition, Nasir felt that Saba wasn’t fully committed to her work, especially in delivering her lines. He mentioned giving her a set of four lines, which she quickly recited without much care or attention. Saba Qamar even told him she was in a hurry to be elsewhere.
Nasir tell that he was looking for experienced actors for his drama, and during that time saba didn’t land on the expectations, so he decided he will not cast saba qamar in the drama.
On a connected note, Pakistani playwright and controversial director Khalil ur Rehman also publicly confirmed that he will never work with Saba Qamar. He also mentioned in a recent podcast, that no doubt Saba is very talented, but the way she dresses up and her choice of clothes in very inappropriate, and it’s against cultural code. Despite recognizing her acting skills, he said he wouldn’t cast her in his projects due to this reason.
