Pakistan Earthquake Today Islamabad, hit a 5.7 magnitude in different parts of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the federal capital. The Earthquake hits around 12:28 pm Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the main hit of the earthquake was near Dera Ghazi Khan in southwestern Punjab, about 10 kilometers deep.
From the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the earthquake magnitude was 5.4 which not hit only Pakistan but also India and Afghanistan.
In Punjab Cities that felt the shakes of earthquake include Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, and many others. In the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) state, places like Peshawar, Swat, and DI Khan are affected.

The last earthquake recorded in Pakistan was on the August 29, and Pakistan Earthquake Today Islamabad record 5.7. However, the last Earthquake was around 4.7 magnitude that also hit many cities in Punjab. Karachi also faced a 3.2 magnitude earthquake in June and another one in April, along with smaller tremors in May.
Pakistan experiences frequent earthquakes due to its location at the boundary of the Indian and Eurasian tectonic plates.
