Russian Air Defence System destroyed a large-scale drone attack done by Ukraine on Wednesday. From the Russian Air Defence headquarters, their unit shut down three drones about 38 kilometers (24 miles) south of the Kremlin and 15 more in the Bryansk region, which is near the border.
These drones were directed towards Moscow and were taken down over the city of Podolsk in the Moscow region, according to Moscow’s Mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, who shared the information on Telegram. he also added that there were no injuries or damage has been found where the drone debris fell.
Similarly, no damage or injuries were reported after the drone attack in the Bryansk region, stated the region’s governor, Alexander Bogomaz, also on Telegram.

Furthermore, RIA’s new agency Russia informed that two more drones were also destroyed over the Tula region, which comes next to Moscow’s region.
In a separate incident, Vasily Golubev, governor of the Rostov region in southwest Russia, said that air defence forces shot down a missile launched by Ukraine, with no injuries reported.
It is still undefined how many drones and missiles were launched by Ukraine in total. Reuters is also unable to guess and on this, there are still no comments by ukraine.
Recently, Kyiv has increased its air attacks on Russian territory, aiming to destroy infrastructure vital to Moscow’s war efforts. Ukraine stated that there attacks were an answer for Russia for their ongoing strikes on Ukrainian territory.
